From Website Visitors:

• Shared only with prospective employers who have engaged our services

• Stored securely and limited in access to authorised Resto Jobs personnel

Police verification data (where opted) is handled by authorised third-party verification agencies and is subject to their data practices. We do not retain police report data beyond the placement process.

We may share your information with:

• Client Employers: Candidate profiles shared with the employer who requested the placement
• Background Verification Agencies: For police verification, where opted and paid for
• Legal Authorities: Where required by law, court order, or governmental request
• SNX HUB Group Entities: For internal operational or administrative purposes

We do not disclose personal information beyond what is reasonably necessary to provide our services.

• Client Records: Retained for 3 years from the last transaction for legal and accounting purposes
• Candidate Profiles: Retained for 2 years from the date of last engagement or placement
• Identity Documents: Retained only for the duration of the active placement process and deleted thereafter, unless required by law
• Website Logs: Retained for up to 12 months
